Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Elizaveta Akimova (exportmymap.com) and the customer regarding the use of the exportmymap.com service, in particular the export of Google Maps saved places as PDF, print list, or shareable link.

A binding contract is formed when the customer completes a purchase (Weekly, Annual, or Lifetime plan) through the Stripe payment process.

exportmymap.com offers the following services:

• Free: Preview of the first 10 places, watermark on exports
• Weekly Plan ($5/week): Unlimited exports, all 3 formats (PDF, Print, Share Link), no watermark, recurring weekly subscription, cancel anytime
• Annual Plan ($29/year): Unlimited exports, all formats, no watermark, priority support, recurring yearly subscription
• Lifetime ($49): Unlimited exports forever, all formats, no watermark, one-time payment, no subscription

All prices are final prices pursuant to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG) — therefore without VAT. Payment is made in advance via Stripe.

Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If the service (i.e. the export) begins before the end of the withdrawal period and the customer expressly agrees, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB.

Cancelling Weekly or Annual subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal at billing.stripe.com. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and is not subject to recurring billing.

We are not liable for technical issues outside our control (e.g. changes to the Google Maps API), nor for lost profits or data loss.

The exported places and data remain the property of the user. exportmymap.com does not claim any rights to the contents of exported lists.

The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
