Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Elizaveta Akimova (exportmymap.com) and the customer regarding the use of the exportmymap.com service, in particular the export of Google Maps saved places as PDF, print list, or shareable link.

A binding contract is formed when the customer completes a purchase (Weekly or Annual or Lifetime plan) through the Stripe payment process on exportmymap.com.

Purchases made inside the ExportMyMap app for macOS are made instead through Apple's App Store as in-app purchases. There the contract is concluded with Apple, which acts as the merchant of record, and Section 6 applies.

exportmymap.com offers the following services:

• Free: Export unlimited lists free — up to 5 places per list. A paid plan removes the per-list place limit.
• Weekly Plan ($5.90/week): Unlimited exports, all 9 formats (Share Link, PDF, Print, CSV, Excel, JSON, GeoJSON, KML, GPX), recurring weekly subscription, cancel anytime
• Annual Plan ($39/year): Unlimited exports, all 9 formats, priority support, priority consideration for feature requests, one Google Takeout import per year for Starred lists above Google's 200-place limit, recurring yearly subscription, cancel anytime
• Lifetime Plan ($64.90): Unlimited exports, all 9 formats, priority support, priority consideration for feature requests, one Google Takeout import per year for Starred lists above Google's 200-place limit, one-time payment, permanent access, does not renew

The prices on this website are final prices pursuant to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG) — therefore without VAT. Payment is made in advance via Stripe. Prices may vary by country (regional purchasing-power pricing); the price shown at checkout is the binding one.

This paragraph does not apply to in-app purchases in the macOS app: those prices are set by Apple for each App Store storefront, are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT, and are charged to the customer's Apple Account. The price shown on Apple's payment sheet is the binding one there.

Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If the service (i.e. the export) begins before the end of the withdrawal period and the customer expressly agrees, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB.

Cancelling Weekly or Annual subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal at billing.stripe.com. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Subscriptions bought in the macOS app are cancelled in your Apple Account settings, not through this portal — see Section 6.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: there is nothing to cancel, no recurring charge is made, and access does not expire.

The ExportMyMap app for macOS sells full access exclusively as an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. There is no other way to pay inside that app.

Three products are offered: a weekly auto-renewable subscription, an annual auto-renewable subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. The subscription title, its length and its price are shown on the purchase screen before payment.

A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. The lifetime product is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Prices are set by Apple per storefront and may differ from the prices on this website. Payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple under the terms of the Apple Media Services agreement, and we can neither charge nor refund them ourselves.

Access bought here on the website remains usable in Safari: enter the email address used at purchase in the extension. Access bought through the App Store applies to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

We are not liable for technical issues outside our control (e.g. changes to the Google Maps API), nor for lost profits or data loss.

The exported places and data remain the property of the user. exportmymap.com does not claim any rights to the contents of exported lists.

The provisions of the Privacy Policy apply.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
