One saved list moving from Google Maps into Organic Maps: exported as KML in the browser, imported as bookmarks in the app.

The clip starts at the Chrome Web Store listing and installs ExportMyMap. The welcome page that opens afterwards spells out the two one-time steps — pin the extension from the puzzle-piece icon, then open any saved list on google.com/maps.
0:28 — Pick the list and enrich it
A list called Travel plans is open in the panel with fourteen places in it. Load details to activate filters pulls in the details for all of them — a few seconds for a list this size — and each place carries a checkbox so the selection can be trimmed. Two options sit under the list: Include your notes and Include place details in KML/GPX, the second being what puts addresses, phone numbers and ratings into the exported file rather than bare coordinates.

KML is the format Organic Maps reads. It downloads from the panel like any other file, and on a phone the same file can be sent over AirDrop, a messenger, or a cloud folder.
0:44 — Import into Organic Maps
Organic Maps opens on its Bookmarks and Tracks screen — empty here, with Create a new list and Import Bookmarks and Tracks as the two actions. Importing the KML creates a list from it.
1:00 — The places are on the map
The imported places show up as bookmarks in the Travel plans list, pinned on the offline map with their coordinates and an Open in Another App action. Everything works without a connection from that point on, on both Android and iOS.
